Established in 2012, Motherhood Hospital provides mother and baby care under one roof, with an IVF (Test Tube Baby) Centre, a 4K–3D laparoscopy system, 3D/4D sonography machines, and NICU/PICU departments.

Our departments include IVF treatment, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Paediatrics, supported by a medical team. The hospital has three doctors’ consulting rooms, each equipped with examination cots for IVF, gynaecology, and paediatric patients.

Motherhood’s IVF facility includes an Embryology Lab, an Andrology Lab, and a dedicated operation theatre. Fertility treatments and infertility diagnostic services include male and female infertility evaluation, IUI, IVF, ICSI, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, Micro-TESE, embryo freezing, and surrogacy services.

For diagnostics, we provide 3D/4D sonography using GE Voluson E6 Radiance ultrasound technology. The hospital has a labour room adjacent to major and minor operation theatres to support emergency procedures such as caesarean delivery, painless delivery, and ectopic pregnancy management.

The OBG ward has 26 beds for antenatal and gynaecology patients. Our outpatient department provides patient appointment management, telemedicine services, genetic counselling, biopsies, blood tests, sonography, and day care treatments for women.

Our facilities include laparoscopy and colposcopy services, including procedures such as hysterectomy. We provide primary, secondary, and tertiary-level laparoscopic surgeries for conditions such as TLH, chocolate cysts, uterine fibroids, myomectomy, tubal ligation (TL), and ectopic pregnancy. The hospital also provides care related to gynaecological cancers, including breast cancer, cervical cancer, uterine cancer, and ovarian cancer.

The Paediatric Unit has NICU/PICU and ventilator support systems, along with a central oxygen line across NICU/PICU and OT areas. The hospital has 10 dedicated NICU/PICU beds and access to 24/7 pathology laboratory services.

Paediatric surgery and newborn care, including reconstructive procedures, are also available, supported by paediatric surgeons and intensivists. Additionally, the hospital has a 2-bed adult ICU for emergency and critical care patients.

For over 40 years, Dr. B.T. Patel and, since 2007, Dr. Anand Patel have contributed to women’s healthcare in Idar, S.K., Gujarat. Through their work in routine sonography and basic laparoscopy services, they identified the need for a dedicated women’s and children’s healthcare centre.

With the support of Dr. B.T. Patel, Dr. Anand Patel and Dr. Twinkal. Patel laid the foundation for a healthcare centre serving women and children across Gujarat. “Motherhood” was established with a focus on infertility treatment and comprehensive women’s healthcare.

As the healthcare needs of families grew, Motherhood collaborated with Dr. Shital Punjabi, Dr. Rajesh Punjabi, Dr. Raju C. Shah, Dr. Harish Chaudhary, and a team of gynaecologists, fetal medicine specialists, surgeons, and senior doctors to provide mother and baby care services under one roof.

This led to the establishment of “Motherhood Women’s & Child Care Hospital.” The IVF department was further developed with the addition of Dr. Prerna Shah, a gynaecologist and IVF specialist.

Motherhood Hospital provides infertility-related services and healthcare for women in a setting designed to support patients throughout their treatment journey.
